Derry Area put behind the recent losses by beating Valley 4 goals to 1 in one of the games where Derry showed cohesion and determination in every aspect right from the blast of the whistle and hitting Valley’s net twice in each half. Valley came back strongly early in the second half to pull one back but that only caused Derry to fire on cylinders putting 2 more goals past the Valley goalie bringing the final score to 4 to 1 in favor of Derry Area.
